These Terms & Conditions apply to the Vinyl Tempo VIP Membership offered by Vinyl Tempo via vinyltempo.com.

By purchasing or using a Vinyl Tempo VIP Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Vinyl Tempo VIP

Vinyl Tempo VIP is a monthly membership service for record lovers.

Membership costs £5 per month and includes access to selected VIP benefits, which may include:

• Early access to selected limited vinyl drops
• 5% off selected records
• Exclusive member offers
• Monthly vinyl picks by email
• Automatic entry into the monthly Vinyl Tempo VIP prize draw
• The chance to win a monthly £100 Vinyl Tempo voucher

VIP benefits may vary from time to time and are subject to availability.

2. Membership Cost

Vinyl Tempo VIP costs £5 per month.

The membership fee is charged monthly using the payment method provided at checkout.

Unless cancelled, your membership will automatically renew each month.

3. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your Vinyl Tempo VIP Membership at any time.

There is no minimum contract period and no long-term commitment.

Once cancelled, your membership benefits will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your membership will not renew.

4. Refunds

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law or where Vinyl Tempo has made an error.

5. VIP Discount

VIP members may receive 5% off selected records.

The discount only applies to eligible products clearly marked or made available as part of the VIP offer.

The discount may not apply to all products, pre-orders, sale items, bundles, gift cards, delivery charges, or other excluded items.

Vinyl Tempo reserves the right to change, pause or withdraw discounts at any time.

6. Early Access and Member Offers

VIP members may receive early access to selected product drops, offers, promotions or stock releases.

Early access does not guarantee availability of any item. All products remain subject to stock availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Monthly Vinyl Picks by Email

VIP members may receive monthly vinyl recommendations, offers and updates by email.

By joining Vinyl Tempo VIP, you agree to receive emails relating to your membership benefits and VIP service.

You may also be asked separately whether you wish to receive general marketing emails from Vinyl Tempo. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Monthly Prize Draw

Each active Vinyl Tempo VIP member will be automatically entered into the monthly Vinyl Tempo VIP prize draw while their membership is active.

The prize is one £100 Vinyl Tempo voucher per monthly draw, unless otherwise stated.

The voucher can be used on vinyltempo.com and is subject to any voucher terms provided at the time of issue.

There is no cash alternative.

The prize is non-transferable.

9. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter the monthly Vinyl Tempo VIP prize draw.

To enter without becoming a paid VIP member, send a postcard or letter with your full name, email address, telephone number and postal address to:

Free postal entries must be received by the closing date for the relevant monthly draw.

Only one free postal entry is permitted per person per monthly draw.

Free entries and paid member entries have an equal chance of winning.

10. Prize Draw Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees, contractors, agents or suppliers of Vinyl Tempo, and their immediate family members, may not enter.

Vinyl Tempo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

11. Draw Dates and Winner Selection

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for the relevant monthly draw.

The draw will usually take place within 7 days of the end of each calendar month.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided with their membership or free postal entry.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Vinyl Tempo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

12. Winner Announcement

Vinyl Tempo may publish or make available limited winner information, such as the winner’s first name and county, where required by promotional rules or law.

If you object to your information being published or made available, please contact us. However, we may still need to provide winner information to a regulator if required.

13. Fair Use and Misuse

Vinyl Tempo VIP is intended for personal customer use only.

Vinyl Tempo reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, abuse of offers, attempted manipulation of the prize draw, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Changes to Vinyl Tempo VIP

Vinyl Tempo may update, change, pause or withdraw Vinyl Tempo VIP or any membership benefits at any time.

Where changes materially affect active members, we will aim to provide reasonable notice.

If you do not agree with any change, you may cancel your membership at any time.

15. Website Terms and Product Purchases

Purchases made on vinyltempo.com remain subject to Vinyl Tempo’s standard website terms, returns policy, delivery policy and privacy policy.

Vinyl Tempo VIP membership does not change your statutory rights.

16. Data Protection

We will use your personal information to manage your membership, process payments, provide VIP benefits, administer the prize draw, contact winners and comply with legal obligations.

17. Limitation of Liability

Vinyl Tempo is not responsible for entries, emails or communications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or not received due to technical issues, postal issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
