Refund & Returns Policy

We'd like you to be happy with your purchase and we aim to make the whole purchasing process as painless as possible! If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, you may return the item for a full refund (including the original shipping cost to you, but not the return shipping to us). You must notify us of your wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in it's original packaging and in the same condition that it was received by you. Once the item has been returned, we'll then process the refund to your original payment method.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as you can and we will refund or replace.
